Q: Hello: I've just found out about a wonderful Italian cheese called "Burrata" (meaning Butter in Italian). I understand it's a Buffalo Mozzarella shell and the inside filled with heavy cream. This cheese is usual served in a good arugula and tomato salad with Balsamic Vineger and Olive Oil drissled al over it. Do you know where one can purchase Burrata in the South Florida area? Do any of your Cheese Course stores carry it? I appreciate your response. Thanks!

Thanks, Rene'
